Product description
PhaseSheet PTM is a thermal pad based on a Phase Change Material. The solid pads at room temperature can be easily applied and liquefy during operation, effectively dissipating heat like thermal paste while maintaining optimal thermal conductivity.
PhaseSheet PTM adapts perfectly to uneven surfaces, ensuring even heat distribution. In its liquid state, it has very low viscosity and retracts back to its solid form, mitigating the pump-out effect.
Even under extreme thermal loads, PhaseSheet PTM remains stable and delivers consistent cooling performance. Designed for high-performance systems, it ensures optimal temperature regulation even during intensive use. Available size: 50x40mm.
