Kryonaut thermal putty uses a special structure, which halts the drying out process at temperatures of up to 80° Celsius. This structure is also responsible for the nano-aluminum- and zinc-oxide-parts included in the grease to compound optimally, to compensate for unevenness of the component (i.e. the CPU) or the heat sink, thus ensuring remarkable heat transfer.
It can work with almost any system either with air or with liquid nitrogen (down to -250 °C). Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is a recommended heatsink thermal paste for CPU applications that require high thermal conductivity at room temperature e.g. between a silicon chip PC microprocessor and heat sink. It comes with a thermal paste spreader.
