As a gallium-based liquid metal, Conductonaut already has ultra-high
thermal conductivity. This already outstanding thermal conductivity could
be expanded after extensive tests and with the help of a new material
composition. Conductonaut Extreme consists exclusively of the metals
gallium and indium. By dispensing with other alloying components, it is
possible to increase the thermal conductivity by approx. 18 % compared
to the standard product.
CE-001 tube can be used after 2 years of opening, but you need to keep it safe in appropriate conditions. An airtight sealable and reusable package to prevent drying out is included with the package.
It can work with almost any system either with air or with liquid nitrogen (down to -50 °C). Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme is recommended for applications that require extremely high thermal conductivity at room temperature e.g. between a silicon chip PC microprocessor and heat sink. The liquid metal compound compensates even the slightest irregularities, which can not be achieved with convenstional thermal greases.
Conductonaut Extreme thermal grease must not be used with aluminum heat sinks Conductonaut Extreme is a liquid metal compound and can leave visual residues. For best long term performance results we recommend to use coolers with nickel plated surface.
