NOTE: Make sure your laptop/desktop its USB-C port supports Display Port.
1.Only need a full functional USB-C to USB-C cable to connect with your laptop, both USB-C ports support DisplayPort Alt Mode.
2.Please provide additional power to the monitor if the screen is not bright enough.
3.You can use the source power adapter to add more power from AC sockets or use the source USB-A to USB-C cable add more power from external DC deivces.
4. For extra power, make sure the power cable was plugged in last to avoid occupying the touch signal channel.
NOTE: As the full-featured Type-C port will preferentially enable audio, video and touch signal delivery channels, so when using a mini-HDMI connection and additional power supply is required, make sure the USB-A to USB-C cable was plugged in last to avoid occupying the touch signal channel.
1.Touch was not supported by Mac OS devices.
2.1.The touch signal can only be transmitted by the full-featured Type-C port, so when only using Mini-HDMI to HDMI for connection, the touch function will not work. You must connect mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and the source full functioanl USB-A to USB-C cable at the same time(USB-A end must be plugged into your desktop PC, will delivery power and touch signal).
