No, but Garage-Control Cam E120 does.
3. Does Garage-Control Cam E110 support Apple HomeKit?
No,it supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but it doesn't currently support HomeKit.
4. How does storage work? Can I use cloud storage or NAS/RTSP? Does Garage-Control Cam E110 support HomeBase2?
You could buy an extra SD card for the local storage of Garage-Control Cam E110 which supports 24/7 recording. Cloud Storage and NAS/RTSP are also supported. HomeBase2 is not currently supported, but there will be a supported version in the future.
