NOTE: This camera has the function of human detection, no motion tracking function, please consult us for more questions.
Precautions for ICSEE camera network distribution:
1. Please keep the camera and cellphone next to the router. It is recommended that the distance would be within 1 meter.
2. Press and hold the camera reset button for 5 seconds, and wait for the voice reset.
3. The cellphone should be connected with 2.4G WiFi (not 5G). Most of the configurations fail as the cellphone is connected with 5G wifi.
4. Download the icsee app and grant app permissions during installation.
5. Follow the APP operation steps and enter the password for the router 2.4G WIFI. (Password is case sensitive)!
6. Check whether the anti-WiFi freeloader function is enabled on the router. Please enable that function first.
We do inspect each security camera carefully before shipping. If you have any questions, please feel free to let us know.
