One USB A port and one HDMI port can make one screen work. If there is no USB C port, connect both the A port and HDMI port to make one screen work. When the screen is not light, use an adapter (5V/2A or above) to power the screen directly.

The methods of connection varies from laptop to laptop. If there are insufficient ports on your laptop, a USB A docking station is recommended. If you use a M1/M2/M3 MacBook, a USB C to HDMI adapter with MST support is required!
