Troubleshooting
Can't be charged or turned on or light up
1.Please fully charge your ear wax removal camera first, or use another charging cable to check again.
2.If you don't often use your camera ear cleaner, please charge it once a month.
Your phone can't connect to your ear wax cleaner with camera
1.If other Wi-Fi coverage is strong, your otoscope camera signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try again.
2.Confirm whether other phone is connecting to your ear camera WiFi, or whether your phone opens the permission of the App to connect to your phone.
App display abnormality includes lens blur or black screen
1.Please confirm whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to your ear camera WiFi.
2.Please uninstall and reinstall APP to check and make sure you choose the right APP.
3.Please wipe the lens of your earwax remover with camera with a dry towel.

1. Please check metal ear spoon tightened and silicone sleeve in no damage and put the silicone sleeve tightly on the metal ear spoon before use.
2. Children should be supervised by an adult when using your ear wax removal tool camera.
