We believe in standing behind our otoscopes even if you have an issue 10 years from now. If anything ever goes wrong, simply send your 4th or 5th generation otoscope models back to us and we will get you up and running again or send you a new otoscope. PLEASE remove batteries when storing for extended periods. Leaking corroded batteries and or damage due to external forces (i.e. car ran over my otoscope) are not covered** Everything else is and we will get it back to you quickly.
