The Rock Bending in our shop is the PLL version of SWL-40 kit! It was once published in "Radio" magazine under the title of "Nighthawk", which is loved by domestic technology HAM. Our store has carried out the ultimate transformation of productization and added PLL frequency adjustment circuit.
The curved stone kit in our shop has the following characteristics:
1. Use PIC18F1320 single-chip microcomputer as the main control, built-in PLL local oscillator module (pre-welded, stamp hole small plate, support calibration setting), and built-in frequency indicator circuit (using seven-segment LED digital tube, the display unit is 1KHz, the photo has color difference, Actually in red), the operating frequency covers 7.000-7.100MHz, 1KHz or 100Hz step (refer to the figure below, free switching).
2. NE602 mixing is used for receiving, crystal filter is used for intermediate frequency, NE602 multiplication detection + audio active filter circuit, which is basically the same as the old Nighthawk circuit.
3. Use 3 BS170 parallel outputs, high-efficiency Class E amplification, 12V power supply and output power of 5W!
4. Relay switching is used for sending and receiving, with the function of delay adjustment of sending report to avoid frequent relay switching and improve the isolation of sending and receiving channels.
5. With the function of automatically sending call signs, it is very convenient to use. The single-chip microcomputer uses the original code of the shop, which can adjust the code speed and side tone frequency, and can input the call sign by itself (in the automatic key mode), and supports power-off storage.
6. The PCB board of this kit can be conveniently placed in an 88*30*120mm aluminum case (the store will customize the curved stone case in the future).

Circuit principle
The receiving part is a typical superheterodyne circuit. The local oscillator is completed by the PLL. The mixed intermediate frequency signal is filtered by a crystal and sent to the NE602 for multiplication detection to generate audio and send it to the earphone. The mute circuit is used to turn off the receiving when transmitting.
The transmitting part uses 74HC08 as the drive circuit, which is connected in parallel to buffer and amplify, and drives BS170 as output. After amplification, it is connected to the antenna after LPF.
