1. After receiving the nozzle purchased from our store,  please don't  use the needle to inject water to check whether the nozzle is blocked!!! Don't do that, very important. This is a very redundant and dangerous practice:
  First of all, once the print head gets water, if not blow dry before installation. Either the motherboard is burned, or the print head is burned. They are all shipped after rigorous inspection and testing, and filled with protective fluid. If water is injected into the print head with a needle, not only the protective liquid in the print head will be washed away, but also due to the excessive pressure of the hand.  It is easy to cause the print head to be blocked and the ink will not come out;
2. The head of the nozzle is very fragile and must not be bumped. It must be protected. Its surface is a block of aluminum with a crystal oscillator and very small ink tubes coated on the inside. After being touched, it will be dented, deformed, or even broken, causing the nozzle to be scrapped;
3. Be careful when installing the nozzle. Be sure to cut off the power first and assemble it in correct place. After installation, gently push the trolley to move left and right by hand to check whether it is smooth. Do not turn on the power after installation, because if the nose is not in place, it is easy to damage the nose when the car moves. Humans have strong sense of hand and can be ly retracted and controlled;
4. When inserting the print head cable, do not have any ink on it. And make sure that it is in good contact with the socket, and do not touch the pins, otherwise the print head will be short-circuited and burned;
5. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. Can be wiped with a paper towel dipped in some lubricating oil. Do not add oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil can flow to the nozzle and cause damage;
6. After check the machinery and circuit, and sure they are correct.  The ink way needs to be checked. 1). Check whether the ink level of the ink cartridge is sufficient; 2)
