FAQ & Tips* The output is 24bit or 32bit ? which is correct ?

This adapter's chip is 32bit/384Khz level . however , we have to limited it into 24bit/96Khz to prevent compatibility problems, because the USB Type A port on most devices are still UAC1.0version with only 24bit channel. This is fundamentally different from a chip with maximum of 24bit .

* How to switch the CTIA / OMTP standard ?

Please keep the headphone connected with the adapter, then un-plug & re-plug them together from PC . the adapter will Re-identify the standard .

* Why my microphone volume is very low ?

This adapter is designed for mass-market headphone / microphones . some professional headphone has very high impedance which is too heavy for USB 2.0 port with limited power . please use Amp or premium soundcard .
