In addition to compatibility issues, the following three conditions are met to achieve SATA3 speed
1. Must be paired with SATA3 data cable to achieve the best results
2. PCI-E must be more than V 2.0 slot, V 1.0 speed will not exceed 250M, PCI-E whether X1 or X16 as long as the V 2.0 version can be, there is a spare X16 slot directly inserted into the X16 slot, refer to the above figure, after inserting the card, you can see. gen1 is working in 1.0 mode. gen2 is working in 2.0 mode

BOIS Settings of the motherboard: the SATA mode should be changed to AHCI, although some mainboard PCIE is 2.0 version, but the BOIS does not open the high-speed transmission mode by default (gen2 high speed mode), which needs to be opened manually
