This U.2 M.2 converter enables two different usage applications.

1) One M.2 PCIe SSD in 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 format can be connected and used as a replacement for a 2.5inch HDD. The converter can be installed into the system internally through the U.2 68 pin interface.

2) One M.2 SATA SSD in 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 format can be connected and used as a replacement for a 2.5inch HDD. The converter can be installed into the system internally through the SATA Express interface.

3) A U.2 SSD is a high-performance data storage device designed to support the Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) interface using a small form factor (SFF) connector that is also compatible with standard SAS and SATA-based spinning disks and solid-state drives (SSDs).

4) To avoid damage to the device, ensure that the installation direction is correct. Does not support hot-plugging. application of double-sided assembled modules supported,System requirements :Windows 10, Linux Kernel 3.16 and A free U.2 SFF-8639 interface

5) Compliant with PCI Express 4.0. No driver installation is required. Most of the latest operating systems support PCIe SSDs. The converter can be installed into your system internally through the U.2 68 pin interface.
