- The USB-C Female Port can only used for Charging,can not used for Data.
- If you connect HDMI individually,it can max support to output 3840*2160 ,4k resolution,this means you should have 4k cable,4k source and 4k monitor,if you connect HDMI and VGA together,it can max support 1920*1080 video to output.
- If you connect hdmi and vga together,hdmi and vga can only show same view(content),it can not let hdmi displays and vga displays to show different views.
- VGA can not transmit audio to your monitors,please connect from adapter's 3.5mm audio jack to your external speakers to output sound.
- When the signal can not be transmitted,please check whether the interfaces on both ends are tightened,or try to make usb-c interface flip and then insert.
