AJMRTC pure copper GPU backplane heatsink is a passive auxiliary cooling accessory for RTX 30 series graphics cards. It efficiently dissipates heat concentrated on VRAM memory chips with high-conductivity copper material, reducing memory temperature during long gaming and rendering workloads. Besides cooling, it reinforces the PCB to avoid sagging and deformation. Thermal pads are required between the backplate and GPU for proper heat transfer and are not included in the package.
