TEC1-12706 semiconductor refrigeration peltier plate is a thermoelectric cooling component. It relies on the Peltier effect to create a temperature difference between two sides. One side gets cold while the other side generates heat, so a heatsink is required to dissipate heat. It can be used for small DIY refrigerators, beverage coolers, constant temperature cabinets, dehumidification devices and electronic temperature control experiments.
