THE UNIT IS FINE: Your console mutes the TV while the 3.5 mm jack is in use. Slide the power slider all the way right to the speaker icon and the television audio comes back straight away, with no menu digging and no reset. Hold the @#: /ABC key together with the spacebar to turn the RGB backlight on or off, and it comes back on your last setting after a restart.
