Adafruit Mini I2C Gamepad with seesaw - STEMMA QT / Qwiic Breakout Board - 2-Axis Joystick & 6 Buttons

    • ?? Core Functions and Features
    • Integrated joystick and buttons: The board features a 2-axis 10-bit precision analog joystick and 6 microswitch buttons (4 large buttons arranged in a rhombus shape, and 2 small buttons located in the center, corresponding to the Start and Select functions).
    • Seesaw technology core: The board is equipped with a pre-programmed ATtiny816 microcontroller that runs the seesaw firmware. It reads the analog signals from the joystick and the button states and converts them into a clean I2C interface, so even if the main controller does not have analog input pins, it can still be used normally.
    • Optional interrupt pin: An optional IRQ interrupt pin is provided. When a button is pressed or released, it can trigger an interrupt to notify the main controller, thus freeing up processor time for other tasks.
    • Flexible I2C address: The default I2C address is 0x50. The board has two address jumpers (A0 and A1), allowing you to cascade up to 4 of these game controllers on a single I2C bus.
    • Plug-and-play design: Using standard STEMMA QT/Qwiic connectors, it supports quick connection without soldering, and can be easily integrated into the existing I2C ecosystem.
