HLK-LD2452 24GHz Multi-Target Human Positioning and Tracking Radar Module 6m Detection Distance Angle Speed Measurement Sensor Sweep Bandwidth Max.0.25G (Kit B)
Limited time offer, ends 09/06 By GearZap
- The HLK-LD2452 is a high-precision multi-target recognition sensor designed for accurate Human positioning and tracking in distance, angle, and speed. Primarily used in common indoor settings such as homes, offices, and hotels.; Supported Frequency Band: 24GHz24.25GHz. Maximum Sweep Bandwidth: 0.25GHz. Average operating current: 126 mA.; Supply Voltage: 5V. Dimensions: 23 × 42mm. Operating Temperature: -20°C to +70°C. Data refresh rate: 10 Hz.; Detection Range: 6 m (Max.). Distance Resolution: 0.72m. Distance Accuracy: 0.15m. Angular accuracy: 2°20°. Detection angle: Azimuth ±60° / Elevation ±30°.; Power Supply Notes: The power supply input can use either 3.3 V or 5 V. To determine which voltage to use, check whether the corresponding resistors and capacitors are mounted on the circuit board. Additionally, when using this series of designs, developers must consider electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design requirements, including ESD and light surge protection.; If the radar requires an enclosure, the enclosure must have good wave-transmitting properties in the 24 GHz band and must not contain metal or materials that shield electromagnetic waves.; When multiple 24 GHz band radars are present, do not install them directly in the line of sight of each others beams; position them as far apart as possible to avoid potential mutual interference.

Angular accuracy: 2°20° -
Detection angle: Azimuth ±60° / Elevation ±30° -
Data refresh rate: 10 Hz -
Average operating current: 126 mA Precautions This product must be installed in a suitable environment. Detection performance will be affected if used in the following conditions: The detection area contains non-human objects in constant motion, such as animals, continuously swaying curtains, or large potted plants directly facing a draft; The detection area contains large, highly reflective surfaces; highly reflective objects directly facing the radar antenna will cause interference; For wall-mounted installations, external interference factors such as ceiling-mounted air conditioners or electric fans must be taken into account. Installation Precautions Ensure the radar antenna is directly facing the target detection area, with unobstructed space around the antenna and a relatively open detection zone. Ensure the sensor is installed securely and stably; any movement of the radar unit itself will affect detection performance. Ensure there is no movement or vibration behind the radar. Since radar waves are penetrating, the antennas sidelobe may detect moving objects behind the radar. A metal shielding cover or metal backplate can be used to shield the sidelobe and reduce the impact of objects behind the radar.
