- 1. Plug into 12V outlet --- Insert LIHAN FM transmitter into the cigarette lighter. 2. Find a clear frequency --- Tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency (88.1, 88.3,106.9 etc.) 3. Match frequencies --- Set transmitter to the same frequency using I<< / >>I buttons. 4. Pair --- Hold the answer button to fix the frequency.
