Power both on (auto-pairing). If you need to re-pair: long-press the receiver button until it flashes white, then long-press the transmitter button until it flashes white. They will pair and connect automatically after a few seconds.
What should I do if I hear noise or static during my practice
This indicates signal interference. Double-tap the transmitter button to switch between the 6 available channel colors (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Cyan) to find a clearer signal for environment. or move away from it & change guitar’s position
Can I use one transmitter to send sound to multiple amplifiers
Yes, the system supports a one-to-many configuration by different channel. You can pair a single transmitter with multiple receivers to broadcast your audio to different devices simultaneously.
How can I tell when the battery is low and needs charging
Each unit has a 4-segment green LED battery indicator. When all four lights are on, the battery is full. If only one light is flickering quickly, the battery is nearly empty and requires a charge via the Type-C port
How should I maintain the battery if I do not use the device often
Lithium batteries self-discharge over time. To prevent the battery from entering protection mode, charge the units at least once every two months when not in regular use.
