Connection should be established through the specific app rather than directly through phone Bluetooth settings. The device is powered by a replaceable CR2032 battery offering up to 800 hours of operation, equivalent to approximately 2.5 years when used for 1 hour per day, 4 times weekly. Suitable for various activities including cycling, fitness training, football, and running, though not recommended for swimming.
