Download the APP

Download and install the smart ring. insix Life app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Ensure your Android version is 5.0 or later, or iOS version is 10.0 or later. The ring supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection.
Charge Before Use

Place the smart health ring into the wireless charging case and connect the Type-C charging cable to a power source with at least 5V 1A.
The green light on the ring will flash while charging and stay on when fully charged. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge, providing 5-7 days of normal use.
Do not expose the charging case to water, and only use it indoors.
App Operation

Pair the smart health ring with the insix Life App after activation. The app provides insights into your daily health data, including heart rate, SpO2, sleep quality, activity levels, stress, and more.
