This 4 mSATA PCIe SSD is a PCIe add-on card that supports connecting as many as four mSATA cards into Desktop PC which with PCIe x4/x8/x16 slot . It supports SATA 3.0 with a maximum data rate of 6 Gbps. It can be used as an OS drive to significantly improve the boot time and overall system performance. This is a great solution for creating your own SSD storage by taking advantage of the commercially available mSATA SSD cards.
HyperDuo enables two modes: Safe Mode and Capacity Mode. Safe Mode provides optimal data protection by mirroring data from the SSD to the hard disk for maximum resiliency.
Capacity Mode augments SSD and HDD capacity for the most cost-effective configuration. Both modes automatically identify LBA ranges across both the SSD and HDD so that the user experience is exactly the same. By allowing consumers to view the same single drive
volume (eg. Data (D:) ) as they do today, HyperDuo requires no behavioral changes by consumers to maximize simplicity and eliminates user error.
