13S 14S 15S 16S 17S 5A Active Equalizer Balancer LFP Lifepo4 Lithium Li-ion Lipo/Titanate LTO Battery Energy Transfer Active Equalization Module Capacitor Faster Whole Group Balancing

Limited time offer, ends 07/28 By Fornierwoly

  • Usage Tips: The voltage difference between each battery must be within 0.5V. If the battery voltage difference is less than 0.1V, the indicator light on the balance board may be triggered incorrectly. This light signifies no active balancing current and will turn off automatically after some time. Reconnecting the cable is recommended to address this. Please note that voltage equalization requires time; the board becoming warm is normal, and the effect is not instant upon connection. Working Voltage: 1.8V-4.5V, suitable for NCM ternary polymer lithium batteries (Li-ion), lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4), and lithium titanate batteries (LTO). Working Principle: Employs a flying capacitor charge transfer design. The balancer board connects to the battery to begin balancing, featuring original ultra-low internal resistance MOSFETs and a 2-ounce copper thickness PCB. Balance current ranges from 0 to 5.5A. A dormant switch wiring position is provided; in dormant power-off mode, the operating current is under 0.1mA, with balance voltage accuracy within 5mV. Quiescent current is around 7mA. Recommended battery capacity per balancer is between 30-300AH. High-capacity batteries can be utilized with multiple equalizers connected in parallel. Features under-voltage sleep protection by monitoring the B1 battery voltage. The equalizer automatically halts and enters sleep state when B1 voltage is below 2.7V for NCM/LFP batteries or below 1.8V for LTO batteries, with standby power

Important Note: Before connecting the balance cable to the board, verify all connections within the battery pack are correct and properly insulate the bottom of the board and all battery string connection terminals to prevent short circuits and board damage. This balancer board is backward compatible by default. For instance, when used for a 16S configuration, the last line B17+ remains unused. For a 15S configuration, both B17+ and B16+ remain vacant with no wiring
