CS-600B is a coin sorter with accurate batch function designed and produced by our company. We adopt high resolution CCD image sensor, ensure to separate different denomination coins with 0.8mm diameter difference(without wearing). When batch achieves, the extra coins on the rail will be kicked into reject pocket. CS-600B can sort 6 kinds of coins at the same time.
RS232 socket A: connect with PC and upgrade software
PS2: connect with external display
RS232 socket B: connect with external printer to print out counting data.
The front panel can be completely opened to access the coin rail and hopper for cleaning and maintenance.
Be sure to turn the main power off before attempting daily maintenance.
Clean the coin rail at least once a day with a brush.
Clean the disc at least once a day with a brush.
M+: Accumulate the current counted number with previous data and save
MR: Read out the memory
MT: Save in memory
BAT: Batch Setting
VALUE/COUNT: Switch the mode between quantity and amount
Arrow key: Select different denominations
PRINT: print the counting details including quantity and value

The coin disk is made of hard material for heavy duty use.
Specially designed rotating disk ensures efficient loading of coins onto the rail.
Before you pour the mixed coins into coin hopper, please use the pre-sorting tray inside the package to sort out some foreign objects like clips, staple, paper scraps, If foreign object blocks the rail, the coins may not be able to drop into the correct drawer, thus causing the counting result not accurate. Therefore, please check and remove all the foreign objects which are mixed into the coins before sorting.
The coins you pour into the coin hopper should not exceed the MAX line on the disk
