H. 265 H. 264 HDMI VGA CVBS Decoder is our professional HD audio & video decoding device. It s for decoding network video&audio stream to HDMI/VGA/CVBS (with stereo audio) local display output. It can receive the RTMP RTSP UDP HTTP HLS FLV network stream from our video encoder or other media server.
