The Excell LowNoise Carton Sealing Tape Dispenser features a mousetrap noise saver economic design to minimize unpleasant tape dispensing noise. This has a retractable safety blade that cuts the tape only when the plate is pressed against the surface. Its static cling strip is designed to keep the tape in a ready-to-use position each time after dispensing. The dispenser has a natural rubber roller and an anti-rust blade.

This dispenser works great with a low noise UPVC packaging tape such as VF-719 from Shurtape if you work or live in circumstances that require the need to minimize sounds due to sensory sensitivities.
