The Excell LowNoise Carton Sealing Tape Dispenser & Utility Knife features a mousetrap noise saver economic design to minimize unpleasant tape dispensing noise. This has a retractable safety blade that cuts the tape only when the plate is pressed against the surface. Its static cling strip is designed to keep the tape in a ready-to-use position each time after dispensing. It also features a natural rubber roller and an anti-rust blade.

This handy dispenser includes a detachable safety utility knife with blue "FindTape" printing at the bottom of its handle. The knife is stored in the handle of the dispenser where it is easily accessible when needed.

This dispenser works great with a low noise UPVC packaging tape such as VF-719 from Shurtape if you work or live in circumstances that require the need to minimize sounds due to sensory sensitivities. People working with adults and children with autism, Aspergers or other conditions with sound sensitivities will benefit from the quiet nature of this dispenser.

The dispenser can accept rolls with an outside diameter of just up to 5 inches.
