3M Double Coated Tape 9495LE with 3M Laminating Adhesive 300LSE provides high bond strength to most surfaces, including many low surface energy (LSE) plastics such as polypropylene and powder coated paints. The acrylic adhesive also provides excellent adhesion to surfaces contaminated lightly with oil typically used with machine parts. Can be used on low surface energy surfaces and as plastic extrusion attachment. It also improves handling and ease of die-cutting.

In general, double coated tape is composed of a paper, film or tissue carrier that is coated on both sides with pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a peel-away liner that is removed at the time of application. These tapes can be applied by hand or with a dispenser.
