The latest workhorse in the Atomos Shogun line of onboard camera video monitor-recorders. This large 19" studio display provides monitoring, recording, and switching in a single unit, featuring a bright capacitive touchscreen display. It supports HDMI and 12G-SDI input/output, as well as NDI|HX3 via Gigabit Ethernet, making it perfect for cinema capture, live events, and broadcast productions.

• Bright UHD 4K Screen: 3840 x 2160 resolution, 1200 cd/m² brightness, capacitive touchscreen, quad/full-screen display setup, and playback for reviewing captured shots.


• Multicamera Switching: One HDMI, two 12G-SDI, and two 3G-SDI inputs transform the Shogun into a quad-view live switcher and recorder. Monitor live feeds, record a fifth program channel, and display mixed output live with asynchronous switching.


• NDI Support: Includes NDI|HX3 support via Gigabit Ethernet LAN port for easy integration with PTZ camera control and existing NDI networks.


• HDR I/O and Color Management: Real-time HDMI/SDI out from HDR cameras to HDR TVs/monitors. Supports Log signals with real-time LUT preview while recording in ProRes, DNxHR, or ProRes RAW.


• Recording & Custom LUTs: Record ProRes, ProRes RAW, and DNx codecs up to 6K30 via 12G-SDI and DCI 4K60 via HDMI. Supports up to four 1080p60 ISOs simultaneously. Record to CFexpress or external media via USB-C. Load custom LUTs (.cube files) for precise exposure control.


• User-Definable Function Buttons: Six front-panel buttons provide instant access to monitoring tools, playback modes, LUTs, anamorphic desqueeze, and more.


• Monitoring Tools: Custom 3D LUTs, false color, focus peaking, HDR exposure, pixel magnification, RGB parade, vectorscope, frame guides, zebra, waveform, safe areas, markers, vertical flip, anamorphic de-squeeze, and Atomos Calibrator support.


• Powerful Live & On-Set Performance: Provides a bright, color-accurate reference display with quick playback of recorded takes. Full suite of monitoring and switching tools ensures confidence in exposure, focus, color, and framing.


• Additional Features: LTC input via BNC, 3-pin XLR audio input/output, 7 RU rackmount size, dual 4-pin XLR power inputs for redundancy, remote start/stop via 2.5mm LANC, 3.5mm headphone output, and tally light.
