The Black Box JPM806A-HD is a shielded, 48-port Cat5e feed-through patch panel that fits 1U of rack space, suited to network installers and IT teams consolidating many cable connections in a 19-inch rack.
Recommended For
- Structured-cabling installers connecting runs that already have RJ-45 plugs at both ends; the feed-through design avoids punching wires down into the panel.
- Data-center or communications-rack operators who need to organize many CAT5e connections in limited rack space, with 48 ports in a 1U panel.
- Network technicians maintaining rack-mounted voice and data connections who want to repatch front-to-back with RJ-45 cables and keep cable runs organized.
- Teams standardizing a shielded CAT5e rack installation that needs up to 1-Gigabit voice or data connections and a shielded feed-through panel.
