Instant Read & Accurate
A precise micro sensor is located in the tip of the 4.6" food grade stainless steel probe, which provides as fast as 2-3 seconds responding time. Not like others, TM27 is an instant read meat thermometer that won’t burn your patience to know whether the food is ready to enjoy.
It also provides an accuracy of 1 degree that helps to cook your meats, deep fried foods, candy, soups, beverages, baked bread perfectly!
Extra Wired Oven Safe Probe
Each TM27 food thermometer comes with an extra heat resisting wired probe. Plug in and it turns to an oven/smoker safe meat thermometer immediately.
Alarm Function
Press the ‘ALARM SET’ button on the cooking thermometer to set up your target temperature. The alarm bell will ring once the measured temperature is higher than set. The alarm will last as long as 10 minutes unless you press any button to stop it.
Large Clear LCD SCREEN with Bright Backlight
The cooking thermometer has a 1.65’’X0.63’’ large LCD screen that displays clearly from all angles. With bright backlight, you can easily read it in day and night.
Calibration Function
Each TM27 candy thermometer is pre-calibrated individually in the factory by high-precision temperature standards. However, if you feel unconfident about the accuracy, you can check it yourself with a cup of ice water which is properly prepared.
It also comes with a calibration function that arrows you to calibrate within a certain temperature range. Follow the detailed instruction manual to try a calibration process by the right way.
3 Ways for Storage
Two 2200GS strong magnets are built-in the kitchen thermometer, which makes it be able to stick onto any metal surface, such us refrigerator, table and cupboard. With the large hang hole design, it also can be hanged up on kitchen hooks.
