Why won’t my probe charge?
Check the probe, if the surface is dirty, clean it with a dry cloth before docking; Check the charging slot, if debris in it, remove obstructions; If probe isn’t inserted all the way, press it down firmly.
Why does the host alarm suddenly?
Check battery power of the probe. If the battery power is low, please charge it in time.
Why would the probe lose connection to host?
Check LCD screen for both probe and host battery status, signal might weaken if either is low on battery; Move host closer to probe.Signal strength might weaken if the probe is submerged in liquid or if the oven is too thick for signal transmission.
How do I turn it on or off?
You could long press the power button for about 3 seconds to turn on or off the host, and you could click the power button to turn the screen on/off during use.
