Thermometer will automatically turn off within 30 seconds.
How far should I hold the thermometer away from the target?
When using Non-Touch Thermometer, you should hold the thermometer 1 - 2 inches away from the body or surface you are scanning.
How long does it take the thermometer to reading temperature?
The thermometer is extremely responsive giving you accurate readings quickly. Press the measure button and get a reading in one second.
Does the thermometer need to be cleaned?
Yes. To clean the thermometer, wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. When not in use, store the thermometer in a safe, dry place and take off battery.
Can the thermometer take the measurement of things, too?
Yes, the thermometer defaults to body mode when it is first turned on. However, you can switch the thermometer to surface mode which allows you to take the temperature of bottles, bowls, and other objects.
