How do I switch languages on the keyboard?
Press the key combination to switch to the correct typing language.
Android system: "shift + space" / "ctrl + space" / other
Windows system: command + space
ios system: ctrl + space
Touchpad not Working? It's Not Responding?
Press fn + Spacebar to check if trackpad is off.
Check the device battery charge, re-pair via Bluetooth (remove and re-add).
For iOS 13.4+: Enable via Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
Reboot trackpad and device.
How about the battery life? Is it rechargeable or do I need replaceable batteries?
Built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery with USB-C charging port. A full charge takes around 2-2.5 hours. It offers up to 45-60 hours of continuous typing time and long standby time. The charging cable is included inside the package.
Can I type on my lap or on uneven surfaces?
We recommend using this keyboard on flat hard surfaces for the best typing experience. It can be used on laps but it may wobble a little on soft or uneven surfaces due to its folding hinge structure.
My keyboard won't charge, what should I do?
The keyboard's charging power is compatible with 5V 1A.
Please use the Type-C power cable to charge the keyboard.
Please note: Avoid high-power adapters over 5W (18W?20W?25W?30W?45W+), otherwise the keyboard cannot charge properly.
