A wrong setting in the keyboard might cause it. --- Pressing FN and BACKSPACE to reset the keyboard can fix this.
Or wrongly installed switches in the keyboard. --- Replacing the switch can fix this; extra switches are in the package.
Why does the Alt key and Win key swap function?
The keyboard might be in Mac mode. Press FN+A to switch the keyboard back to Windows mode. (FN+S: Mac)
