We strongly recommend opening the driver software (https://hero.aulacn.com) upon receipt to calibrate all keys.
2. To achieve a more stable 8000Hz polling rate, connect to a USB 2.0 high-speed port or USB 3.0 and above.
3. The HERO68HE lightbar features a snap-fit structure. We advise against disassembly without professional guidance, as improper handling may void the warranty. Should disassembly be necessary, please consult customer service for appropriate procedures.
