Auto cycle defrost helps to provide for lower energy consumption and colder product temperature.

The 2 shelves are removable and adjustable for easy cleaning and custom configurations. Included are 24 pans as well as a cutting board for easy food preparation and there is a compartment barrier that prevents spillage into the food storage area.
