Care Instructions
Use spices not bigger than 0.2" or 5mm. Please do not use Himalayan salt chunks. Himalayan salt granules within the recommended size can be used.
Turn the knob only within the coarseness (+) and fineness (-) settings. Going beyond these settings may lock the gears, preventing the mills from grinding.
Use name brand non rechargeable AA batteries for optimum performance. Inserting the batteries in the wrong way leads to little or no grinding.
Clean the grinder every 6 months or as needed.
Store in a dry, cool place.
