- Due to an app update, the method for downloading the app described in the original manual is no longer valid. Android users can search for "tcampro" to download the corresponding app.
- A 6volts jack on the bottom is good for connecting external power supply (user supplied, the plug size must comply with 3.5x1.3mm).
- It is not supposed to connect to the home router, WiFi hotspot. In open areas, WiFi range can reach 33-45ft.
- Does not support realtime alert. You can open the app to check the trail camera's capture area or view the video or image in gallery tab.
APP Control and Bluetooth WiFi Connection
With a hotspot connection, you can preview and download trail camera pictures and videos on your smartphone APP. The larger the file, the longer the Wi-Fi transfer will take. For large files such as 4K videos, we recommend using wired transfer for better results. (Tip: This hunting camera is not a cellular camera, WiFi connection and APP control have range limitation, usually 0-15m)

- Q1: This hunting camera is used well during the day. Why can't it be used at night?
- A1: It is recommended to replace new high-quality batteries. When the battery is low, the battery output voltage is not enough to shoot at night. The better the battery quality, the more stable the battery voltage is at night.
- Q2: The detection distance of the hunting camera is different from the publicity. Is it only 30 feet?
- A2: The detection distance of the camera is related to the angle of placement. We suggest that the camera be shot at a high place to get the maximum detection distance.
- Q3: Why is the USB cable not charged?
- A3: The USB cable is used to connect to the computer to view and transfer files and does not have a charging function.
- Q4: Why are there so few photos taken?
- A4: You can set the camera's sensitivity to "High".
- Q5:I have connected to WiFi in test mode, why does it automatically disconnect from WiFi in "ON" mode?
- A5: In ON mode, you need to reconnect to WiFi before you can view the photos and videos on the app.
