Pros: - Cheap - Looks good and more pricier than it really is. - Somewhat comfortable for the price. Not the case any longer! (EDIT: updated - chair lasted a week before the cushion started warping)
Cons: Although the chair looks comfortable, the side cushions on the bottom seat are really just a slightly padded frame with leather stretched over it, which provides little to no discernable cushioning at all. Otherwise, the chair works as intended, meaning you can sit on it. EDIT: Update: So, after about a week of heavy use in the office, the chair's cushioning basically lost a half inch to an inch. Seems like the inside is that cheap kind of yellow sponge that deforms quickly. After a more thorough examination, there are 2 rounded bolts below the bottom cushion that basically stick out, and the cushion does not rest on a flat surface (in fact, the cushion already has indents where the rounded bolts are located). I imagine, as this cushion situation get's worse with age, those rounded bolts are going to push up against the cushion to the point where you can feel it pressing into your behind. Based on this, I'll have to assume I'll maybe have 6 months to a year of use for this chair before I have to replace it as a result of it being uncomfortable. Threading the screws on it can be an issue, as they just punched holes in the fabric where the screws go in, leaving leather or other material inside the hole which you either have to scoop out, or rely on the screw to push the fabric deeper inside the hole. This really is only an issue with the one-time setup, although I'm not sure how well this will wear over time since the fabric isn't really glued around the holes which can lead to the fabric slowly tearing away over time.
