If your laptop is IT managed by your organization, you may need permissions to install drivers. For audio, Sound Playback device in Windows should be set on USB Audio Device.

No, this product requires a video card or onboard video to already be present in the computer. Please also make sure that the latest video driver is installed for the existing video controller.
