The outdoor plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure that your phone is currently connected to the 2.4GHz of the router (usually named "[Your Network]-2.4GHz").
How do I connect the outdoor wifi plug to the Smart Life app?
1. Scan to download "Smart Life" App.
2. Hold button for 5s until light blinks.
3. Ensure phone's Bluetooth is ON and connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
4. In App, tap “+” to add device and enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password.
5. Wait for connection success.
How do I connect the outdoor multi plug to Alexa?
Note: Please add product to smart life app first (see QA2)
1: In the App, Tap Me ? Third-party Voice Service.
2: Select Alexa and tap Link.
3: Log in to your account to authorize.
4: Wait for the connection to complete successfully.
