Issues Blue screen no signal
There are 3 ways to fix it:
(1) Unplug the power adapter and power cord, HDMI cable then replug it into console.
(2) Turn TV on after running the PS2 console. If your PS2 is on already, just turn off TV first then back on.
(3) Replace other power adapters and power cords to power the converter.

Why does it can not work ?
1.Please make sure that weather your tv support(720p60hz/1080p60hz),our device only support (720p60hz/1080p60hz)
2.it must connect the micro cable to supply power (5v1a).the product must be connected to extra power otherwise not working!
3.it can not do support 4K or 3D,so please reduce resolution .
4.Set hdmi signal on your TV

6.Our device do not support PS3, weather your game device is ps1/ps2
Why you can not get the picture very high clear (like 4k30hz or higher than 4k )?
1.if the tv resolution is 720p ,you can switch the device's mode key to 1080p. The 1080p picture is clearer than 720p. 1080p can meet the general requirements for images
2.Our product uses av output (mid-range image quality) instead of component (optimal image quality),so it can not do it like very clear picture(like 4k )
3.the device can not do picture like 4k clear ,it is only 720p60hz/1080p60hz/ picture quality
how long dose the cable?
1.Based on market research and customer requirements,so we produce playstation2 to hdmi adapter is 1m/3.2ft long,the power cable is 0.8m /2.62ft.
2.If the length of this cable cannot meet the usage requirements, please purchase cable of other lengths separately
Why there are a lot of static and flickering.
1.Poor contact requires reconnection of the product or rotate the HDMI body
Does not fit for my video game and TV system?
1.This adapter best be used on 1080P (max) monitor or TV (especially Sony's and blackmagic's ), other monitors like 4K might not display normally or even not working at all, so please do not use it for sony or blackmagic or 4k TV device, you can set the TV to 1080p60 or 720p60hz

Why The product does work but the video quality is low, blurry and dark video imagery on the entire screen nothing like the original PS2 AV multi out cable.
1.As for our device is av signal , the av signal only support 480i/p,576 i/p ,so it can not match it for orignial av signal picture ,if you need orignial av signal picture, you use the hdmi cable directly connected,do not use converter
2.the video quality is low, blurry and dark video imagery ,the brightness of the TV can be increased by using the Settings of the TV
3.av avideo signals themselves cannot be compared with hdmi/ypbpr signals because av only supports 480/576, unlike hdmi which supports 4k/1080
