1. When connecting SVIDEO to HDMI, the input signal must be inserted into the left channel (white cable), right channel (red cable), and SVIDEO cable. Note that the AV (yellow cable) signal does not need to be inserted. Inserting AV will affect the output quality of the signal.
2. When connecting AV to HDMI, insert the input signal into the left channel (white cable) and right channel (red cable), along with the AV signal (yellow cable). Note that the S-Video signal does not need to be inserted; doing so will affect the output quality.
