How fast does wireless charging compare to standard wired chargers?
Wireless charging times may vary depending on the power output supported by different phones. Due to its lower efficiency, wireless charging is slower than wired charging. Our wireless charger pad offers 10W for Samsung and 7.5W for iPhone.
What USB-A wall charger should I use with this wireless charger pad?
You will need a charger rated at 18W or above. We recommend using a QC 3.0/QC 2.0 (9V/2A) charger block for charging at 15W/10W/7.5W. (Charger Block Included)
How to tell if your phone is charging?
A green light means your phone is detected and charging. It turns off after 20 seconds. If charging doesn't start, center your phone on the pad or remove the case. A thick case will reduce the charging effect.
What if my Samsung Galaxy S25/iPhone 17 Pro Max heat up during charging?
Your device may get warmer during wireless charging; this is normal. If it becomes too hot, unplug the charger and wait for it to cool down before attempting to charge again. Keep metal objects and cards away from the charger to avoid overheating.

1. Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
2. Make sure your phone is centered on the charging pad.
3. Check that the case is <5mm; remove any metal, cards, or uneven objects.
