Reasons why charging block cannot remain firmly in the socket are as follows
Aging and loosening of the socket: The metal clips inside the socket have become worn out due to long-term use and have lost their elasticity, unable to hold the plug firmly
Design issues of the plug: Fast charging head is large in size and heavy in weight, which makes it prone to sagging due to gravity and thus becoming loose
Solutions
Replace the wall socket: If multiple plugs are loose on the same socket, it indicates that the socket has reached the end of its lifespan
"top-heavy"chargers, use a backing-grip cable organizer to stick it on the wall, supporting the bottom of the charger or fixing cable to distribute the weight
Note: Our charging block is only compatible with the original iPhone USB C to C or USB C to Lightning cables.
