How to Use Wireless Charging
For wireless charging to work:
• Please verify that your phone supports wireless charging.
• Use the included fast-charging cable and car charger.
• Ensure your phone case is under 4 mm thick for optimal performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE STICKY SUCTION CUP MOUNT
- Avoid using the suction cup on leather, vinyl, or soft-textured dashboards. For stronger stickiness and better suction, mount it on the windshield instead.
- To ensure maximum stickiness and suction when mounting on the dashboard, select a hard and flat surface for installation.
- Be sure to clean and dry the mounting surface before installing the suction cup, as dust, moisture, and oil can weaken adhesion and reduce suction power.
- When installing the suction cup, press it firmly against the surface to ensure full contact, then push down the lever to lock it in place.
- After installing the suction cup mount, wait at least 24 hours before using it to hold your phone. This allows the suction to fully adhere for stronger grip and stability.

- Please install the stabilizer to secure the long arm and prevent wobbling.
- Do not install the stabilizer on leather, vinyl, or soft-textured dashboards. Use only a hard, flat dashboard area to ensure stability.
- Be sure to clean and dry the mounting surface before installing the suction cup, as dust, moisture, and oil can weaken adhesion.
- Do not touch the tape with your fingers, as this may reduce its stickiness.
- When installing the stabilizer, press it firmly against the surface for at least 10 seconds to ensure full contact, and wait at least 24 hours before using it to hold your phone.
- The tape on the stabilizer is for one-time use only. Please replace it with new tape when reinstalling.
- Please install the stabilizer as close as possible to the phone holder to ensure a stable hold.
